Most craft stores should sell them as doll's eyes. I've even seen them in $2 stores around here, so keep your eyes open ;)

Thank you so much, I've been looking for a Pit Bull pattern. We lost our precious Zeus 2 years ago. He was the most lovable dog, and 13 years was not enough. Not I can create this in his memory.

can you tell me what size nose & eyes - I can't find them locally so I have to order online
I'd only be able to guess - maybe 10-12mm eyes, the same width nose?If you leave a comment on the blog where the pattern is, the designer should be able to let you know exactly :)
