A Horse, of course!

This pattern was removed from allfreecrafts.com because it was very similar to one by another designer.

A copy was saved by the Wayback Machine, however, so we can still access it online.

If you don't like the doodads at the top of each leg, leave them out and just sew each leg on.

Knit Spider

Eugh!

I have a very strong aversion to spiders, but because I love you all so much I'm willing to overcome it and post this pattern for you to knit.

Knit Star Ornament

Hang it from your tree or give it as a gift.

Some sewing required to assemble.

Dove Tree Ornament

A nice dove to hang on the tree with your other Christmas baubles.

It looks a little off kilter in the picture, but I think that's just a case of prodding the stuffing into shape.

Christmas Baubles

I sooo love the bright and cheerful colours that Mandy McKenna has chosen for her baubles here.

It's lovely to see something that's not red & green for Christmas for a change.

Cork & Crochet Gnomes

A very clever idea from Lucy Ravenscar.

And one that looks very Christmassy, too.  Make a few for your kids and their friends!

Lucy has a range of patterns for cork-and-crochet creatures that you can share at her blog.

Knit Floral Elephant

These gorgeous little creatures are almost enough to make me learn knitting.

So I'm adding them here in case I weaken in the future...

Mauritius Dodo

Yes, the dodo is extinct.

But that's no reason for you to be without one about the house.

Just what every home needs.
