Minecraft Sheep

This minecraft sheep looks as though it could do with some internal reinforcement with plastic canvas to give it more of that boxy minecraft look.

Once you try that, it should look fantastic!

Minecraft Dirt Block

Love that dirt block!
Instantly recognisable gift for any minecraft fan :)

Since this is made up of rectangles (not crocheted in the round), it should keep it's shape without plastic canvas inserts.

Borderlands 2 Claptrap (CL4P-T4P)

Another great Nerdigurumi pattern.  Wonderful gift for any fan of the game Borderlands 2.

This pattern is not for the faint-hearted, though.
You'll need plastic canvas, copper electrical wiring and good crochet skills to get this baby up on his wheel.

Minecraft Creeper - Crochet

Okay, I found one!   (I promised, didn't I?)

And what's more, it's by Emjay at Nerdigurumi, so you know it's going to look great :D

I think I'll have to break my doctor's injunction against crochet for this pattern!

Note: you'll need some plastic canvas to help your creeper keep his shape.

Minecraft Creeper - Knit

Aren't they perfect!
I have a 9yo son who is absolutely obsessed with minecraft, and he would be over the moon if I were able to knit this for him.

Unfortunately, I don't knit, but his grandmother bought one of the 'official' creeper dolls from a game store for his birthday. So I'm off the hook.

I promise I'll be looking for crochet pattern & patterns other minecraft characters, like Steve ;)

Mario Brothers Invincibility Stars

Super-cute little stars from the Mario games.

Pin them on as a badge, sew them on your clothes or scatter them on the table at Christmas.

Kirby

Okay, I must be getting old, because I didn't even know this little guy existed!

But isn't he cute?  Now I really want to get one or two of his games for Wren's DS so I can play them while she's at school.

By the way, the pattern also has hats for Mario & Princess Peach, so you can dress Kirby up!

Little Star

This is the invincibility star from Mario Brothers' games, but it would look great as either a Christmas decoration or a starfish.

Easy to crochet.

Bombomb, from Mario Bros games

Love this little guy.

Half-filled with beads or popping corn, he makes a perfect paper-weight.
Or just a fun decoration. :)

{love those blank eyes, they're really cartoonish}

Easy to medium difficulty.
